Our new high volume reverse osmosis systems are designed for the high end user requiring large amounts of water in a short time. Each 2400 GPD unit includes the following:

• 2 x 20″ Reverse Osmosis Prefilters and Housings
• 1 x 50″ HF4 high quality Reverse Osmosis Membrane and Stainless Steel Housing
• Choice to add industrial standard, mains powered, IP55 rated booster pump
• 1 x Glycerine FiIlled Pressure Gauge
• 1 x 6″ x 18″ (6.5 Litre) Deionisation Unit filled with Tulsion brand Deionisation Resin
• All metal powder coated stand and frame

As with all reverse osmosis systems to get a good production rate and waste to pure ratio, good inlet water pressure is required. If your mains water pressure is not high enough a booster pump can be fitted which will allow the membrane to run at it’s peak performance. The booster pumps we supply are all continuously rated meaning there is no ‘down time’ to allow the pump to cool. The booster pump we supply with this system is an industrial quality 230V vane pump matched specifically in terms of flow rate and pressure to the task at hand. It is also IP55 rated meaning that is is safe to use in an environment where water splashes are likely to occur. We cannot stress enough the benefits of installing a booster pump in your RO system – Pure water production increases massively, a waste to pure ratio of 1:1 can often be achieved and the output TDS of the membrane drops significantly thereby increasing the life of your DI resin. We have included options for both HF4 and HF5 membranes. These are both very highly regarded in the water purification industry however the HF5 is able to produce similar volumes to the HF4 at very low water pressure.
